Help us find your order

Include your order number and the email address used at checkout. For damage or a wrong item, attach clear photos of the product and packaging. Never send card details or passwords.

Route-file privacy

If you need help with a custom route, send only the individual GPX/FIT/TCX file relevant to the design. Do not send a full Apple Health archive or an account-wide training export. Route files can reveal private locations such as home or work.
