Shipping policy

Raceline products are made to order and shipped from Hagen, Germany. The shipping options and rates below reflect the store’s current Shopify configuration. The checkout is the authoritative confirmation for a particular address and order.

Shipping rates

  • Germany: €6.99 standard shipping. Standard shipping is free when the order total is €55.00 or more.
  • European Union: €13.99 standard international shipping.
  • Other enabled international destinations: €29.99 standard international shipping.

All rates are shown in EUR. Product prices include applicable taxes where required. Any shipping charge is shown before payment.

European Union: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

Other international destinations: Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, and United States.

If your country is not available at checkout, we cannot accept a shipped order to that address through the online store.

Production and delivery timing

Items are produced after checkout. If a product requires a GPS file, personalisation, or design approval, production cannot begin until the required information is supplied and the design is approved.

Production and carrier transit times depend on the item and destination. Any date shown at checkout or in an order message is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. For a time-sensitive gift or event, contact us before ordering so we can confirm whether the timing is realistic.

Addresses, tracking, and customs

Please check the delivery address before paying and contact us immediately if it is wrong. Once an order has entered production or shipment, changes may no longer be possible. If the carrier provides tracking, it will be shared with the order.

For destinations outside the European Union, the destination authority may charge import tax, duty, or handling fees. Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, these charges are not included in Raceline’s shipping rate and are the recipient’s responsibility.

Damage or loss in transit

If the parcel is visibly damaged, photograph the exterior before opening it. Contact k.galoa@gmail.com promptly with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. In a consumer sale, transit risk remains with Raceline until delivery except where you independently appointed a carrier not offered by us.
