Terms of service

These Terms of Service govern purchases and use of the Raceline online store at raceline-studio.com. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

1. Seller and contact

The seller is Kevin Galoa, trading as Raceline, 10 In d. Hocksche, 58099 Hagen, Germany. Email: k.galoa@gmail.com.

2. Products and the custom editor

Raceline sells made-to-order route, circuit, marathon, country-outline, framed, and 3D route products. Product pages describe the available formats, sizes, finishes, frame options, and current price.

For a custom product, you are responsible for supplying the correct route file and checking the preview. Production follows the design you approve. Screen colours, paper texture, natural wood grain, and small manufacturing tolerances can cause minor differences that do not alter the product’s essential design.

3. Orders and contract

You can review products, options, delivery address, shipping charge, and total price before submitting an order. An automated receipt confirms that the order was received. Raceline may contact you if essential route data, personalisation information, or approval is missing. If an order cannot be fulfilled, any payment received for it will be returned.

4. Prices, taxes, and payment

Prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable taxes where required. Available payment methods are shown during checkout. You must provide accurate billing and payment information and have authority to use the selected payment method.

5. Production and delivery

Products are made to order. Custom production begins only after required files and approvals are complete. Shipping countries and current rates are stated in the Shipping policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless Raceline expressly agrees a fixed date in writing.

6. Withdrawal, returns, and defects

The Returns, withdrawal and refunds policy explains the 14-day statutory withdrawal right for eligible standard goods and the personalised-goods exception for products made to individual specifications. Statutory rights for damaged, defective, or non-conforming goods remain in force.

7. Files and rights supplied by you

You must have the right to upload and use any GPX, route, name, text, or other material submitted for a custom design. Do not upload unlawful content or material that infringes another person’s rights. Upload only the route data needed for the product; do not send an entire health-data archive.

8. Store use

Do not misuse the store, interfere with its security, attempt unauthorised access, or use automated activity that places an unreasonable load on the service. Product images, copy, designs, and brand assets remain protected by their applicable intellectual-property rights.

9. Liability

Raceline is liable without limitation where mandatory law requires, including for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, product liability, and guaranteed characteristics. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Privacy

Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy policy. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform and processes information required to operate checkout and orders.

11. Applicable law

German law applies, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections that apply in the consumer’s country of residence. If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
